Mourning
Beloveth 'The Sullen Sulcus'
The Echoes from My Dying Bride and Anathema is ringing on Irish Mourning Beloveths second album, but they handle this style very well. Long, heavy and epic doom/death metal songs with good riffs and a great dark atmosphere is what they deliver, and I can't do anything but enjoy it. The songs are around 10 minutes, but there are few boring parts here. At times they tend to get a bit too close to their inspirations, but Mourning Beloveth does well on their own too.
