As some of you may know Tim, our founding member, will not be joining us on the Doomination of America due to personal commitments. Long time friend, and excellent drummer, Anto, will replace him. It is a big blow to us that Tim cannot come on the trip of a lifetime and it will be the first Mourning Beloveth gigs without him but he is the one whom told us to continue.

We are back from the USA with a lot of stories. Morgion could not join us on tour due to an accident following the first gig in LA so we headlined the tour that was a daunting, yet exciting prospect as we set out. We drove 17000miles in 5 weeks covering the length and breadth of America, from LA to NY to Texas and all the way to Portland Oregeon. From vans breaking down, to the Orodruin guitarist Nick quitting after two shows, shows being cancelled due to venues being shut down by health authorities and even being in NY during the blackout, you could say it was interesting We met some great people along the way who shared there homes with us and we would like to thank them all but it would take a few pages so we will just add it to the tour report which should be here soon along with pictures from all angles of life on the road. The crowds varied from 5 in LA and Reno to 150 at the SHOD festival in Portland but the general attendance was about 40-50 people per show, which wasn’t bad for a self financed DOOM tour. We learned a lot and lived a lot in those five weeks and they will not be forgotten quickly.

Sentinel has finally released our split 7” with Lunar Gate on heavy picture vinyl and it looks amazing. It features an exclusive track by us and a re-recorded track from Lunar Gate. It is available from www.sentinelireland.com. Sentinel will also be printing some new Dust shirts very soon.

The Dust cd has been released in Russia by Irond and is limited to 500 copies.

The Sullen Sulcus has been released in Japan by Weird truth with a pressing of 200 copies and a special Japanese slip case. In its first week it sold 100 copies so maybe a Doomination of Japan in 2004, who knows?

We are now going on a winter hiatus to write and record our third album that should be out late next year, if all goes to plan. Until then we have some colour TSS shirts on the way, the shirt design is posted up in merchandise, and the DVD on Aftermath Music. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we could not record any footage in America so the DVD will just contain European footage along with bio, discography and a photo gallery. It will cost the same as a cd and feature 50 minutes of music. Aftermath has also made some Mourning Beloveth badges that are available to buy from the label or are free with The Sullen Sulcus album, there is a picture in the merchandise section.

Some new reviews and interviews have been added to the press section.

Our next gig is planned for April 2+3 at the Doom Shall Rise in Germany.
