Tour Thanks
back to reality
Well, nearly a week back after the final show of the Milestones of Misery tour and a
quick diversion to see the mighty Saint Vitus in Germany, twice, time for a little
reflection....
First and foremost, a heartfelt hail and thanks to all those who got off their backside
to attented any of the shows, bought some merch, raised a glass or 3 with us, headbanged,
roared abuse, laughed at our accents, fell over and helped in their own way to help us
spread a lil DOOM over Europe this Spring- have a drink on us, you fuckin legends!!!
It was such a pleasure for us to play our first shows in so many new cities/countries...
Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Moscow, Poland, not to mention our more familiar haunts France,
Germany, Holland, Belgium, Lithuania Czech Republic. To the promoters, sound engineers,
light engineers, venue staff and merch people, we collectively doff our hats and whisper
words of thanks for an excellent job, we hope you enjoyed it at least half as much as we
did. Thank you.
To those absolute heros in the local bands, it was a real pleasure for us to share a
stage with you guys, and again massive thanks to those whos gear we used and abused.
Heres to hoping we get to share a stage again soon.
To our brethern in Mournful Congregation and Longing for Dawn, nothing need be said, you
know what we know. Strength, honour and joy to you all. Our paths will cross again...
And finally, a huge thank you to the ringmaster of this circus of doom, Adrian "Harry"
Butler, for not crashing a van or losing any band members along the way. Or that we know
of anyway...
Check out youtube for some fan videos from some of the gigs.
