Greetings again we are now back with regular updates following two months of drinking and having fun. Mourning Beloveth are resting from the live scene at the moment and concentrating on new songs for our next release tentatively entitled "My Sullen Sulcus" and with four songs written and probably two more to come it looks like another lengthy album Plans are to record at the end of April 02 again in Academy and with Mags at the helm. Academy has recently moved premises so we will see how this turns out.

June 2001 Newsletter

The last few weeks have been again busy in the Mourning Beloveth camp (relatively) in that we played Fred Zeppelins in Cork on May 4 with two local bands. We were first up and played for 45 minutes with The Mountains are Mine, Forever Lost Emeralds, In Mourning my Days, All Hope is Pleading, The Fruit and the Sorrow. March 2001 Newsletter

After nine long and tedious months the debut CD will receive its first public hearing on March 24 in the Gasworks along with the launch of Sentinel Records' Irish compilation "In Unison". The gig starts at 3 o' clock with Moonfog and the mighty Mael Mordha supporting. The CD was officially launched on January 23 and has received nothing but positive comments so far. We have not been able to spread the word throughout the underground across the world as yet due to delays and complications with the printers over the fliers, but this has now been put to rest and so onwards to world domination (or something like that).
